- Original and duplicate copies of a valid CNIC, NICOP, Smart CNIC, or Smart NICOP.
- Original and duplicate copies of the passport.
- A copy of Iqama/Resident Permit.
- Original Birth Registration Certificate, NICOP, or Smart Card issued by NADRA.
- Copies of the CNICs of both parents.
