In a significant operation, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) apprehended five out of the eight Pakistanis from Mirpur Khas who had traveled to Israel without proper authorization and had been employed there for several years. The arrests come as a result of the diligent efforts by the FIA to combat illegal migration and work abroad.

According to available information, the group of eight individuals from Mirpur Khas managed to reach Israel by undertaking a complex journey that involved transiting through various countries, including Turkey, Kenya, and Sri Lanka, among others.

With the assistance of an Israeli agent and a European visa obtained in Jordan, they were able to enter Israel. It has been revealed that each individual paid a substantial amount, ranging from Rs 300,000 to Rs 400,000, to secure this illicit support.

The FIA’s Crime Circle has initiated legal action against the detainees, filing five cases against them for violating the 1974 Passport Act and the 1979 Emigration Ordinance. These cases serve as a stern reminder that engaging in unlawful activities related to migration and work is a serious offense and will not be tolerated. Additionally, authorities continue to pursue leads to identify and apprehend other individuals suspected of engaging in illegal work within the apartheid state.

The arrested individuals have been identified as Noman Siddiqui, Kamil Noor, Kamran Siddiqui, Mohammad Zeeshan, and Mohammad Anwer. Investigations have revealed that they had been actively involved in supporting themselves by working in various capacities, such as assisting and washing cars in Tel Aviv, for a period ranging from four to seven years. To support their families back in Pakistan, they frequently utilized Western Union to send money remittances.

Upon returning to Pakistan, these suspects would take connecting flights from Jordan and Dubai, ultimately arriving at Jinnah International Airport in Karachi. It is essential to underscore the seriousness of such actions, as engaging in illegal work not only compromises the reputation of the country but also exposes individuals to various risks and potential legal consequences.

The FIA’s success in apprehending these individuals highlights the government’s commitment to addressing illegal migration and work. It serves as a reminder that strict actions will be taken against those involved in such activities, with the aim of deterring others from attempting similar actions. Additionally, this operation demonstrates the need for increased awareness and education among the general public regarding legal migration procedures, emphasizing the importance of obtaining the necessary documentation and adhering to international regulations.

The government is actively working on enhancing border security and implementing stringent measures to prevent unauthorized migration. Efforts are being made to collaborate with international partners to gather intelligence and strengthen border control mechanisms. The aim is to create a robust system that effectively screens individuals and prevents illegal movements across borders.

Furthermore, the government is focusing on providing more employment opportunities within the country to discourage citizens from seeking work abroad through illegal means. By promoting job creation, skill development, and entrepreneurship, the government aims to address the root causes that drive individuals to undertake risky journeys in search of employment opportunities.

In conclusion, the recent arrests of five Pakistanis in Mirpur Khas who had been working illegally in Israel highlight the ongoing issue of illegal migration and work. The FIA’s operation serves as a testament to the government’s determination to combat such activities and protect the interests of its citizens. It is imperative that individuals recognize the risks associated with engaging in illegal work abroad and instead pursue legal avenues for migration and employment.
